Andreasen Sr. born in La Mirada, CA in 1964 and moved to Chico, Ca in 1975 when his family purchased a local Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning Franchise Company called DuraClean. After a short time, the Andreasen family changed the Company’s name to Cleanrite and now recently CRBR – Cleanrite-Buildrite. Dan has attended Chico’s local schools; Marigold Elementary, Bidwell Jr. High, Pleasant Valley High School, Butte Jr. College, Redding’s Shasta Jr. College. Dan currently holds a California General Contractors License and Nevada General Contractors License.
